The impact areas are determined on the basis of the criteria laid down in the Decree on the discharge and treatment of municipal wastewater (Official Gazette RS, No. 98/15 and amended) and the previous Decree on the emission of substances in the discharge of wastewater from municipal wastewater treatment plants (Official Gazette RS, no. 45/07 et seq.) And the Decree on the emission of substances in the discharge of waste water from small municipal wastewater treatment plants (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 98/07 et seq.). In accordance with the aforementioned regulations, specific impact requirements for the discharge and treatment of municipal wastewater are laid down for impacted bathing areas.
