The input variables for these models were daily values of Sea Surface Temperature at a spatial resolution of 1 km2 (SST; SST_MED_SST_L4_NRT_OBSERVATIONS_010_004 produced by CMEMS), and food quality and quantity. The daily weights estimated were used to calculate the number of days required to reach the commercial size of 350 g.
