The input variables for these models were daily values of Sea Surface Temperature at a spatial resolution of 1 km2 (SST; SST_MED_SST_L4_NRT_OBSERVATIONS_010_004 produced by CMEMS), and food quality and quantity (ad libitum). The daily weights estimated were used to calculate the number of days required to reach the commercial size of 500 g.
