geonode:Beach_average_height_2012_14 Classification of Emilia-Romagna beaches based on 'Beach average height 2012-2014' . Considered the 'emerged beach free from permanent infrastructures' (representing the space free for the damping of the waves). The processing has been done along transepts normal to the shoreline and spaced 10 meters apart; along them heights have been extracted from the DTM_Lidar 2012 at a distance of 1 m apart, on them calculated average height. The considered domin is regional coastline from Cattolica (RN) to the Po di Volano river mouth (108 km). The variable is expressed in 4 classes ( class 1: average height (Av-h) > 2m; class2: 1,5<Av-h<2 m; class3: 1 <Av-h<1,5 m; class3: Av-h<1 ).
